Earlier this year, I helped MindForge reimagine their SaaS platform structure to support scalable growth, flexible permissions, and clearer team organization.

Last year, I led the redesign of Caesars Digital’s cross-platform experience, driving a 49% uplift in registration rates across their top brands.
